What data do we process and why?
Navigation Data
As users browse this website, the IT systems and software procedures which operate it collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols. Solitaire, spol. s r.o. does not collect such navigation data in order to associate it with identified users but in the view of their nature, navigation data can lead to the identification of users, if associated with data held by third parties.

Solitaire, spol. s r.o. collects and processes personal data voluntarily provided by you (for example, name, surname, email address, etc.) only when you request to be contacted by us or request services offered by the website. In all the cases mentioned above, you will always be notified a privacy policy statement and where required, your will be prompted to give your consent to the processing and storage of personal data. The personal data you provide to us will be collected and processed by our data processors according to the purposes and procedures outlined in this privacy statement and any separate statements made available when updated.
How do we collect and process data?
Personal data are processed manually and electronically in order to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected as detailed in this statement. We comply with specific security procedures in order to prevent any loss or breach, abuse or unlawful use or unauthorized access to data. The personal data you provide to us will be collected and processed by our data processors directly employed by Solitaire, spol. s r.o. and/or by individuals or companies specifically hired for this purpose and appointed as data protection officers and any of their employees appointed as data processors.
Lawful basis
The lawful basis for the processing of the personal data you provided through the website and the services it offers is your consent and/or any other applicable lawful basis related to previous agreements.
Recipients
The recipients of the data processing are all the users of this website or of the services offered through it, who are older than 16 years old or are older than 18 years old, as provided by each separate privacy statement.
Optional Provision of Data
Users can choose whether to provide their personal data to Solitaire, spol. s r.o. through the website or the services connected to it. Should you decide not to provide your personal data, as detailed for each case in privacy statements provided to the user, Solitaire, spol. s r.o. may not be able to provide you with the service requested.

The data provided to us shall never be disclosed or transferred to third parties, unless those third parties are required to do so by law, or in response to legal requests; or they are third parties, who may be located outside the company or abroad, who were appointed by Solitaire spol. s r.o. to manage accessory and/or ancillary activities related to the services offered and to the benefits connected to them, including software, web application and storage solution providers, also for services provided through cloud computing systems. Users are also informed that in order to provide the abovementioned services, the data collected may be transferred to servers located outside EEA. In this case, Solitaire, spol. s r.o. will ensure the required security measures to be implemented according to what provided for by EU GDPR. How long do we keep your personal data for?
Unless otherwise stated in any separate privacy statement, data will be retained and processed throughout the period the user will use the website and the services it offers. Should you opt for withdrawing his consent, your personal data will be stored and used by Solitaire, spol. s r.o. to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, until required to do so.
Your rights

without hindrance from us; - require us to erase, restrict the further processing, make some or all of the personal data concerning you anonymous, including those that do not need to be stored for the purposes for which personal data were collected
or later processed; - ask for a written proof that those to whom data were disclosed or transferred were informed about the abovementioned operations, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort;
- object to your personal data being processed based on a public interest or a legitimate interest, even when relevant to the purposes of the collection; and to your personal data being processed for marketing, advertising
and product survey purposes.
You also have to right to file a complain to the relevant Data Protection Authorities.
Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw consent you have provided to us where we rely solely on your consent to process your personal data.

If we have your permission, we may process your data to send you newsletters and/or marketing communications.
